Join  Alan Grier and Kate Mundie for 5 days and 4 nights of yoga and replenishment at the beautiful boutique Maison 10 which is nestled in the hills overlooking Nyons in Provence. The accommodation boasts beautiful views, alongside its private swimming pool and yoga shala.  Known locally as ‘little Nice’ Nyons is an ancient market town well known for its olive oil, lavender fields, and vineyards! The spectacular landscapes lend themselves well to keen cyclists, walkers, artists, or anyone looking to do some exploring outside of the retreat.  

There will be 8 yoga sessions, 2 per day. The first on the evening of arrival, the final session on the morning of departure Morning sessions will be uplifting and energising vinyasa based flows tailored to suit the group. The evening sessions will be slower and more restorative practices with optional meditation and yoga nidra to settle everyone for the evening.

Flights aren't included but there are many good deals out there at the moment.  We will be able to offer transfer at a small additional cost to and from the venue to the airport for those who arrive into Marseille on the early flights (The aim is to be at the venue around lunchtime on the Friday) Similarly we plan to leave Maison 10 after our brunch on the Tuesday and will take those who need a lift back to Marseille airport. Transfer is approx 1.5hr drive. Otherwise, you can hire a car and make your own leisurely way there..it is a beautiful area with lots of lovely stops en route.
