Vinyasa Flow

this class is focused on flow of movements smooth and continuous, which can help you stay present during the session.

Tapasya Hot Yoga

this class is made of set sequence of postures in a studio heated to 36 – 38 degrees. Come for the benefit of increased circulation, flexibility and strength.

Yoga Nidra

this is a meditation focused class to allow the body to deeply relax while the mind stays inwardly alert.

Private Lessons

These classes are tailored to the individual needs of clients.  Alan is available to offer one-on-one classes, couples classes and corporate events for larger groups.

Benefit from a private classes by having flexibility of scheduling, personal attention and goal setting.

Private classes are always a good way for beginners to gain confidence in their practice. 

  • Classes are 60 mins

  • Taught via Zoom (unless corporate event)
