Meet Alan Grier
Breathe Easy
I’m a yoga teacher based in London. Since 1995, I’ve tapped into the world of yoga, and I’ve been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals. I have completed a diploma in yoga teaching with British Wheel of Yoga and 300hrs of advanced teacher training with Dice Iida-Klein and Briohny Smyth. I teach regularly at Triyoga and Virgin Active.

Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills me with joy. Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon. Namaste.
Yoga Styles
My goal is to balance discipline and commitment to the practice with a sense of playfulness, compassion and humour.
Vinyasa Flow
